We understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. However, our holiday homes are often booked well in advance, which means a cancellation comes with costs. Below you’ll find our general cancellation policy.
In the exceptional case that Exclusive Stays is forced to cancel the reservation (for example due to force majeure or unavailability of the property), the full amount already paid will be refunded. If possible, we will propose an equivalent alternative.
In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government measures), no refund can be guaranteed, but we will always seek a reasonable solution, such as moving the stay to another date.
In case of early departure or non-use of the holiday home during the reserved period, no refund will be given.
We strongly recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance. This way you’re protected in case of illness, accident or other unforeseen circumstances.
