You know the feeling. Planning a week at the seaside with a few families. Starting the search for suitable accommodation full of optimism. And then? Endless scrolling through listings that don't add up. "Sleeps 8" - but it turns out there are only two bedrooms. "100 meters from the beach" - which in reality is a half-hour walk.

Ten years ago, we found ourselves at exactly that point. Looking for a holiday with friends and their families on the Belgian coast, but we simply couldn't find anything truly suitable for multiple families together. There was always something off: too few bathrooms, a living space that was too small, a location that wasn't as promised.

What began as a personal quest for a solution grew into a mission: we're building the network that was missing ourselves. Coastal apartments that are genuinely suitable for families. That we know personally, test, and where we stay with our own families.

All Exclusive Stays apartments are built by Exclusive Projects, where quality and finish are paramount. As family businesses, we share the same values: honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. We treat every apartment as if we'd be staying there ourselves - because we do.

For us, luxury doesn't necessarily mean a designer lamp or marble countertop. Luxury is peace of mind. It's arriving and immediately knowing: this is right. The property is spacious enough. The kitchen works. The beach is nearby as promised.

That peace of mind makes the difference between "a nice holiday" and "that time we'll never forget".

Every apartment in our portfolio has been personally selected, furnished, and tested against one important criterion: does it work for multiple families together?

That means:

• At least 2 bathrooms, so there's no morning chaos
• A kitchen that's truly equipped for cooking for 6-10 people
• A dining table where everyone can sit together
• Sufficient storage space for multiple families' luggage
• A location where you can easily get around without a car, so one person doesn't always have to play chauffeur
• Child-friendly amenities you don't have to lug along

We know how many people can sleep comfortably. We know whether the dining table is large enough. We know how far the beach really is. And we share that knowledge honestly and transparently, so you know exactly what to expect.
